Hero Karizma XMR receives over 13,000 bookings

The Karizma XMR was launched at an introductory price of Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom).

Hero MotoCorp has received 13,688 bookings for its recently launched Karizma XMR. Dealer dispatches have begun, and customer deliveries are expected to commence in November.

The Karizma XMR is Hero’s flagship offering. It was launched in August at an introductory price of Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Karizma XMR is powered by a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that makes 25.15 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 20.4 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Karizma XMR is based on a new chassis suspended by a conventional telescopic fork at the front and a 6-step adjustable monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by a single petal-type disc at the front and a disc brake at the rear, supported by dual-channel ABS.
