Ather 450S electric scooter deliveries commence in India

The Ather 450S is the brand’s most affordable offering priced at Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore).

Deliveries of the recently introduced Ather 450S have commenced, with the first units handed over to customers in Bangalore.

The Ather 450S is the brand’s most affordable offering. The e-scooter was launched in August this year at a price of Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore). 

The 450S comes with Ather’s latest 7-inch DeepView Display, an LED headlamp and a single-piece seat. The Pro variant gets additional features like Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, auto-hold function, and four riding modes – SmartEco, Eco, Ride and Sport. The e-scooter also features a coasting regen function, Fall Safe and an emergency stop signal.

The 450S is available with a 2.9 kWh battery that powers a 5.4 kW electric motor. It has a maximum range of 115 km and a top speed of 90 km/h. Ather claims the battery can be charged in 8 hours and 36 minutes.
