Till now I have wasted 20k on the front&#8217;s lights with little satisfaction.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>BHPian sunnsood<\/strong> recently shared this with other enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>As I took delivery of the Kia Seltos HTK Plus variant in Navratri, I had an itch for small updates to the car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accessories bought directly from the Kia Dealership:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7D Mats<\/li>\n<li>Mud Flaps<\/li>\n<li>Perfume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accessories bought from outside:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steering Cover<\/li>\n<li>Car Duster<\/li>\n<li>Microfiber cloth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As the itching didn&#8217;t stop, I went to upgrade the speakers itself. Kindly note that no amplifier was installed which I planned for later (stupid mistake)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Morel 4.m sound damping on doors<\/li>\n<li>Front Alpine type r2 2-way component speakers<\/li>\n<li>Rear JL Audio C2 2-way coaxial speakers<\/li>\n<li>Morel accudamp foam pads!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some pictures of the damping:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/kia-audio-2.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The bad part of the audio upgrade:<\/p>\n<p><strong>My Learning:<\/strong> Never go for step-by-step upgrades as the problem remains there and though money is spent, there is no advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, the next pain area is with the stock headlights. Till now I have wasted 20k on the front&#8217;s lights with little satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Added 180W Excelite Led for both Projector and Fog Lamps (9500 each)<\/p>\n<p>Fog Lamps are giving great output.<\/p>\n<p>LED in Projector headlamps is a total failure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Concerns:<\/strong> Projector Headlamp is unable to create a proper beam for the LED. Tried almost 2-3 companies but still little no light.<\/p>\n<p>I have kept the LEDs with me but need guidance on how to make the most of the projector headlamp LED. As LED isn&#8217;t working in headlights, should I go for stronger Halogen bulbs?
