Yamaha has launched the MT-03 alongside its fully-faired version, the R3, in India. The bike will be imported into the country via the CBU route. It is priced at Rs 4,59,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi).<\/p>\n
The Yamaha MT-03 is a streetfighter and looks similar to the other big naked bikes in the brand\u2019s line-up. It features an LED headlamp, an aggressively styled fuel tank with tank extensions on either side and a 2-piece seat.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The MT-03 is powered by a 321cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that makes 41.4 BHP @ 10,750 rpm and 29.6 Nm @ 9,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a conventional multi-plate clutch.<\/p>\n
The MT-03 features an upside-down fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The brake setup consists of discs supported by dual-channel ABS.<\/p>\n
In India, the MT-03 competes with the KTM 390 Duke, BMW G 310 R and the likes.<\/p>\n
