It needed about 10 presses to switch off or on the AC.<\/h2>\n<p>BHPian <strong>SunnyBoi<\/strong> recently shared this with other enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>With the lockdown easing, the car was back on the roads<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p1_4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>It continued its duties as home movers, helping shift utilities for a friend<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p2_4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Had an incident with a curb and it won, leaving the front skirt damaged.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p3_3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Off came the bumper and skirt to fix it<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p4_3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The air dam was the only dirty part left in the front.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p5_2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>It also had red overspray from the previous time the bumper was painted<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p6_2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Everything was cleaned and returned to the pristine state<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p7_0.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The bumper put together and ready for re-assembly<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p8_0.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>There was a lot of water ingress in both headlights recently so they came apart to find and fix the root cause. Turns out the glue around the lens was fine, water ingress was from the headlight cap in the back<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p9_0.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Oh well, the headlights were reassembled too<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p10.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>A similar treatment for the left headlight<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p11.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Improved rear headlight caps with zero chance of water ingress<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p12.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Up and running again!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p13.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Sometime a few years ago, I picked up a stock of Cedia exhaust from a giveaway at TBHP. With so much boredom happening around the lockdown, I decided to see what I could do with it.<\/p>\n<p>This is how it was given to me<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p14.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p15.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/p16.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>A lot of rust, paint overspray, and whatnot.
