Kia has released another teaser of the upcoming Sonet facelift, revealing fresh details.

The Sonet facelift features redesigned LED taillights similar to those on the Seltos. It has vertical tail lamp clusters with an LED light bar stretching across the rear fascia.

The teaser also confirms that the Sonet will be offered with ADAS. You can see the Collision Warning graphic on the digital instrument cluster. The crossover will be equipped with a large touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a Bose audio system and a semi-digital instrument cluster. Reports suggest that higher variants of the Sonet could get ADAS.

Mechanically, the updated Sonet will be identical to the outgoing version. It will carry forward the existing 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed automatic and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The Sonet facelift will make its official debut on December 14, 2023.
