Contacted them via WhatsApp to check whether pick-and-drop was available. Even though my place was 7-8 km from their location they agreed to pick up the bike, wash it, and then drop it off within 1-2 hours. Sagar, the designated contact person, arrived punctually, parked their scooter in my spot, collected my bike, and returned it in 2 hours as promised. Since my bike was electric, it required a wash with lower pressure in certain areas. Sagar was proactive in inquiring about these specifics.<\/p>\n<p>Was very pleased with the results at such an affordable price. The attention to detail was outstanding, Kratos has intricate and hard-to-reach corners.
