Given it costs just over \u00a332,000 in Germany, we can expect it to be priced around the same to undercut the current cheapest Smart in the range, the #1 Pro+.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The #1 is Smart\u2019s first car that was developed under Daimler-Geely ownership and marks the firm\u2019s transition to an all-electric car maker \u2013 although there were previous all-electric Smarts with the EQ ForTwo and EQ ForFour.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.autoexpress.co.uk\/image\/private\/s--Jq9gUVMB--\/f_auto,t_related-embed-mobile@1\/v1694174794\/autoexpress\/2023\/09\/Smart%201%20vs%20Megane%20E-Tech.jpg\">Smart #1 vs Renault Megane E-Tech: 2023 twin test review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are currently four trim levels to choose from with the #1. Pro+ kicks things off, then there\u2019s the \u00a338,950 Premium which adds larger wheels and a panoramic roof, the \u00a339,450 Launch Edition is limited to 100 examples in the UK and features a bespoke paint finish, and at the top there\u2019s the performance-focused Brabus, which costs from \u00a343,450.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All #1 models get a 62kWh battery and aside from the dual-motor Brabus, all come with a single-motor configuration. To cut costs, the Smart Pro gets a smaller 47kWh battery and as a result gets a 192-mile maximum range.
