Given the 4-Door was facelifted in 2021, the visual changes are kept to a minimum and borrow elements from the recently unveiled AMG GT Coupe.<\/p>\n<p>Like on the new Coupe, there\u2019s an AMG radiator grille with vertical stripes and an extra air duct beneath it. The lower air intake is now wider and to the side we can see thinner air ducts for an overall less aggressive look than its predecessor. A new white metallic has been added to the list of exterior paint finish options.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.autoexpress.co.uk\/image\/private\/s--663LLgj3--\/f_auto,t_related-embed-mobile@1\/v1692609056\/autoexpress\/2023\/08\/Mercedes-AMG%20GT%20at%20Monterey%20Car%20Week.jpg\">New 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT: 2+2 sports car revealed at Monterey Car Week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some more changes can be found inside the AMG GT 4-Door E Performance although these are limited to a bump up in equipment rather than further cosmetic tweaks. An electric sunroof and wireless smartphone charger in the rear are now standard features and the MBUX infotainment system has been updated on the dual 12.3-inch screens. The upgraded Burmester sound system is now standard, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Powering the range-topping 63 S E Performance is a\u00a0 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 and rear-mounted electric motor which combine for a colossal 831bhp and 1,400Nm of torque. Power is sent to all-four wheels through a nine-speed automatic and there\u2019s rear-wheel steering as well. Thankfully, the huge carbon ceramic brakes are still standard-fit.
