Hero MotoCorp may be working on a new variant of the Xpulse and a new streetfighter that could use the Xtreme nametag. Some reports suggest that the bikes might use the 210cc engine from the Karizma XMR, while others beg to differ.<\/p>\n
The Xpulse test mule seen in these images looks smaller than the Xpulse 400 that was spotted earlier. Instead of an upside-down fork, these bikes are equipped with a conventional telescopic unit. The bike has an LED headlight and a raised front fender.<\/p>\n
The other test bike featured in these images could be the Xtreme 210. It could be a streetfighter version of the Karizma XMR. It has large tank extensions, an upside-down front fork and alloy wheels.<\/p>\n
The 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC engine that powers the Karizma XMR makes 25.15 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 20.4 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch. The jury is still out on whether the recently spotted test bikes have the same engine.<\/p>\n
