You need to manually check the Model Code by following the below steps as given on their website.<\/p>\n<p>Start the vehicle and tap &#8220;Settings&#8221; on the Infotainment display<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;System Settings&#8221; will be displayed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tap &#8220;System Info and Software Update&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;System Info and Software Update&#8221; will be displayed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Model Code is the first 4 alphanumeric characters of &#8220;System Version&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System Version : aaaa.bb.cc<\/li>\n<li>Model Code : aaaa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just know that for Hybrid it&#8217;s TR and for neoDrive it&#8217;s TQ<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>76TR.02.00 : First release version<\/li>\n<li>76TR.03.00 : Performance Improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/IMG_20230826_0042045342%201.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>NeoDrive<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>76TQ.02.00 : First release version<\/li>\n<li>76TQ.03.00 : Performance Improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now coming to the actual update, the downloaded file is close to 391MB with three files zipped in one. You would need all three of them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1: Download unzipped files to a pen drive and plug it into the car USB port.<\/li>\n<li>Step 2: Start (switch on) the car and keep it in parking mode. The catch here is unless the parking brake is applied the &#8216;YES&#8217; button on the software update popup will remain disabled. It took a few mins to figure this out as my parking brakes were not applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/IMG_20230826_101347317.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step3: Once you click YES it will start downloading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/IMG_20230826_101444793.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>and then install it in continuation<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.team-bhp.com\/sites\/default\/files\/pictures2023-09\/IMG_20230826_102509638.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 4: Enjoy the performance improvement (whatever it is).
