Oh Romain…what are you like?! The Haas driver posted on social media that he has missed his flight to Istanbul ahead of the Turkish Grand Prix.
The drivers have been flying out to Turkey over the last couple of days ahead of media day on Thursday at Istanbul Park.
Formula 1 is back on its schedule again after a two-day format was adopted at Imola for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Italy.
But not all drivers are keeping up with the schedule, it appears, as Grosjean let the world know on social media that his timings are a little off.
But, before Formula 1 super-sub Nico Hulkenberg gets any bright ideas about hopping into a car again this year, Grosjean has organised a back-up plan. Sorry, Nico.
Missed my flight to go to Istanbul…that's a good start RG 🤣💩🙈
Already sorted out a plan for tomorrow am tho 🙏

While Romain appears to be putting the blame on himself for the mix-up, Marcus Ericsson has been suspiciously quiet on Twitter.
Grosjean has special memories of Istanbul having won there back in his GP2 series days and said he was looking forward to returning to the track.
“I think it’s going to be an outstanding circuit, another really good one,” Grosjean said.
“It’s very high speed, there’s ups and downs, different kerbs – again, everything you need to have. There’s some low speed at the end of the circuit for some good overtaking. I think it’s going to be a very good weekend.”
He better have a lot of alarms set for Thursday or alternatively he could keep himself awake by imagining what Guenther Steiner’s response is going to be if he doesn’t arrive on time.
