The Safari Dark Edition will receive an all-black treatment similar to the Harrier Dark.
The Tata Safari Dark Edition is said to be on the cards and could be launched in Q1 2022.
Like the Harrier Dark Edition, the Safari is likely to receive an all-black treatment on the exterior. The SUV could get a blacked front grille and black alloy wheels, while most of the chrome bits on the exterior are likely to be replaced with black trim.
On the interior, the Harrier Dark comes with Benecke Kaliko leatherette upholstery with tri-arrow perforations and #Dark embroidery on the seat headrests. The same could be carried over to the Safari Dark Edition.
No mechanical changes are expected besides the cosmetic update. The Safari Dark will be offered with a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine producing 168 BHP and 350 Nm. The standard version comes with the option of a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission.
