Ken Block is continuing to take his life, already like a video game, and make it even moreso with a new video series called Hoonicorn Vs. the World. In this case, “the world” means the world of supercars. The boys from Utah uploaded their first video in the series to YouTube today, starring the venerable McLaren Senna.
The idea stemmed from Forza Horizon 4, the open-world driving game featuring everything from hot rods to tuners to imports to exotics and even Block’s custom, 1,400-hp all-wheel drive Mustang. What they found is that people were drag racing everything against the Hoonicorn to see what would win.
Block was actually took part in creating the Hoonicorn in the Xbox One game, telling designers and coders to make the Mustang faster, angrier and scarier.
But back to the real world. The Senna is rear-wheel drive and delivers 814 hp while the Hoonicorn is all-wheel drive and boasts 1,400 hp. We’re guessing the Mustang weighs more, but it ain’t double. The winner seems obvious here, but you can still watch the action above to find out. Look for more of this series going forward, we know we will. And while you’re here, let us know what might be a match for the Hoonicorn in the comments.
