Honda CBR150R patent filed in India
The CBR150R will compete with the Yamaha R15 V4 in the Indian market.
Honda is likely to introduce the CBR150R motorcycle in India. The company has filed for a patent which suggests that the model could be introduced in the market in the near future.
The CBR150R is a fully-faired bike offering a sporty riding posture. It will compete with the Yamaha R15 V4 in the Indian market.
The bike is equipped with dual LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights, a digital instrument cluster and a stepped seat. It also gets an upswept exhaust.
Powering the CBR150R is a 149cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 16.09 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 13.7 Nm @ 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip and assist clutch.
The CBR150R features an upside-down fork suspension at the front and has a monoshock at the rear. The bike is equipped with disc brakes at both ends and comes with ABS.
