The 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 is said to come with an upgraded Smart Hybrid system. This includes a larger capacity secondary battery system providing longer assist during acceleration. Any details on this?

I was waiting for this info from you and was going to post that only LeoShashi can tell us detailed differences between the 2 battery systems.
Maruti did confirm that the new battery was 2X the capacity of the existing one but the amount of assist was similar. What is different is that the assist is there for a longer duration. So now the battery doesn’t drain out easily and then you don’t get assist till it charges up again.
