2022 Lexus LX600 globally unveiled

The LX600 is offered in 5 variants and comes powered by a twin-turbo V6.

Lexus has unveiled their new (2022) LX600 SUV. The new Lexus LX600 is the brand’s latest flagship model. The new version of the SUV now features significant updates over the previous model, both inside and out.

The Lexus LX600 features a massive ‘Spindle grille’, which takes the centre stage at the front. Flanking on either side is a pair of LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs and turn indicators. The side profile is characterised by muscular wheel arches, housing the 22-inch wheels. The rear now comes with ‘LEXUS’ badging at the centre, replacing the ‘L’ logo. The rear also features sleek, wrap-around LED taillights, an integrated roof spoiler and plenty of other elements.

The Lexus LX600 now features a host of upgrades on the inside as well. Starting with the 12.3-inch infotainment unit, with an all-new interface, which debuted on the NX model. The LX600 also comes with a bunch of other equipment, including premium leather upholstery, fully digital instrument cluster, connected technology and a 25-speaker Mark Levinson audio system; to name a few.

The Lexus LX600 also features several driver-assistance technologies and the brand’s Multi-select Terrain system with Dirt, Sand, Mud, Deep Snow, Rock and Auto modes.

The new Lexus LX600 is offered in a wide range of trim levels – Standard, Premium, Luxury, Ultra Luxury and F Sport. Powering the SUV is a 3.5-litre, twin-turbocharged, V6 petrol engine producing 409 BHP and 649 Nm. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
