Mr Brewer has placed five classic cars in the auction including a model previously driven by Jeremy Clarkson in an episode of The Grand Tour, a classic Ford Lotus Cortina and a historic Ferrari. Mr Brewer said each of his vehicles “deserves a new home” when it goes under the hammer at the NEC Classic Motor Show next month.

He said: ”I am sad to see these cars go, but it was time for a change.

“I want to consolidate my collection.

“Each car has its own unique story, and they all deserve a new home.”
